Professional or legal entity

The norms of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Latvian Republic do not apply to purchases when the product is purchased by legal entities, including self-employed individuals. To receive the rights specified in the norms of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, we invite you to purchase the goods in the online store at retail prices!
By purchasing goods at professional prices in this online store, the Customer confirms that he understands and agrees to the terms of the guarantee.
In the case of defected equipment, electrical appliances, hardware materials, and/or production, we provide a six-month warranty from the date the Customer acquires possession of the product (payment received). During this warranty period, if a defect occurs and the instructions for use have been followed, we will:
- repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or
- replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or
- we will return the value of your purchase.
This limited warranty covers any repair, replacement of spare parts, or replacement of the product for the remaining time of the original warranty period or a period of ninety days, or longer. All replaced parts and refundable items are the property of SALON LINE.
This limited warranty applies only to components of the goods that are not subject to accident, negligence, irresponsible use, non-compliance of the instructions for use, fire or other external conditions, unauthorized use, alteration, repair, or commercial use.
